Program Description:
Project Description:
This winter term project will consist of an educational and community building road trip through the Deep South, beginning in Memphis and ending in Atlanta. There will be multiple stops in Mississippi and Alabama during the first week of the trip. The second week of the trip will be spent in Atlanta. The group will visit historical sites and museums that are particular to the African American experience in the southeastern United States, focusing on the Civil Rights era and the arts.

Application deadline is October 31st.

Number of students: 6

Dates: January 13th - January 27th, 2020

Project Fee: $2200.  Includes flight from Cleveland to Memphis and Atlanta to Cleveland.
