For faculty and staff proposing a Winter Term Group Project:



Faculty and eligible A&PS staff members may complete this application to propose a group project in any location (ON-Campus, OFF-Campus U.S. Domestic, or OFF-Campus International) and request funding through the Office of Winter Term. 

The Office of Winter Term is accepting proposals for WT24 group projects from April 3rd to June 2nd, 2023.

Please note:
This platform only permits users to have one application open at a time.  Previously opened and/or partially completed applications can be accessed by logging in and then clicking on  "Applicant" under the house icon.  If you need to submit more than one project proposal, please email wterm@oberlin.edu to request an additional application.

For faculty and staff proposing a new semester or year-long study away program:
