For faculty and staff proposing a Winter Term Group Project:



Faculty and eligible A&PS staff members may complete this application to propose a group project in any location (ON-Campus, OFF-Campus U.S. Domestic, or OFF-Campus International) and request funding through the Office of Winter Term. 

The Office of Winter Term is accepting proposals for WT25 group projects from April 3rd to June 10th, 2024.

Please note:
Faculty and staff who are reprising projects for WT25 AND who are not requesting funding/charging a student fee do not need to submit a new project proposal.  Please email wterm@oberlin.edu to let us know you plan to run your project again and we can help make any necessary adjustments.  Sponsors requesting funding, proposing new projects or projects that involve a student fee (traveling projects) will need to fill out a new proposal form.
