Login Issues

‚ÄčThe Study Away & Winter Term website recently transitioned to single-sign-on through OKTA. Users will still be able to login using their standard ObieID and password, but will be redirected to OKTA in order to do so.

‚ÄčIf you are experiencing an error when logging in through OKTA, please make sure to follow these steps:
  • Use the same browser through which you normally access Oberlin email
  • Please be sure to logout of any other Gmail accounts in that same browser
    • OKTA normally works best when you're signed into only one Gmail account within the same browser
  • When you arrive at the login screen for OKTA, please manually enter your most up-to-date Obie ID and password
    • Sometimes, outdated Obie login details are stored in your browser via cookies
